If your organisation is interested in future recruitment of Skills for Life qualified tutors this would be an ideal opportunity to offer a placement to our trainees who at the end of the course will be looking for employment.

This would give you the opportunity to work with our trainees and to be able to offer your own employees a way to develop their skills in mentoring as part of this process. We will be supplying mentors with a mentor pack and the opportunity to attend mentor training.
